Science and Writing

Science: Today we finished up on our Matter Stations! Afterwards, we sat down and talked about specific vocabulary terms and connected it to our lab experiences. 

Writing: I modeled writing about my personal experience over the weekend. Afterwards, the students started their own writing pieces on their experience(s) this past weekend. Most of them were able to begin typing it up in their blogs. The link to their blogs is located on the right side of my blog homepage.

Next week, your child will participate in a STEM challenge about matter. They will be creating a bubble wand to capture a gas         inside a liquid. Below is a list of needed supplies we will need in    order to be successful in this experience. Please take a look at the list of materials and send in any supplies that you can.
